It all started in 1993 with a dream. The dream of enjoying a slice of the best bread in every sandwich. No bread available in the market came close. So, together with other like-minded bread-loving souls, we began our own personal home project. Slowly but surely, we grew from just one production facility in Bhiwadi to becoming the best bread brand with four world-class facilities that were also featured in Discovery Channel - The Great Indian Factory Series.
Over the course of 25 years, the company has pioneered the art of baking great bread using a mix of in-house and western technologies. This passion for excellence has helped us set industry standards like the introduction of clear packaging and the use of plastic carrying crates.
The company also prides itself on being a responsible manufacturer. All the stages from material supply to processing and from packaging to distribution are thoroughly monitored and controlled. In May, 2017, Harvest Gold joined hands with Grupo Bimbo, the biggest bakery company in the world. This Joint Venture brings the expertise and experience of Grupo Bimbo to our kitchens.
